Issue(s):
- Computer is blocking gSender download or installation
Resolution:
- Make an exception or temporarily disable certain security measures to run the download or installation
Windows
- You may get a security popup saying "Windows protected your PC"
- Click ‘More Info’ and then click ‘Run anyway’
- You may get this popup "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
- Save the gSender file onto your desktop, then try opening the file from desktop to install again

Mac
- You may get a popup saying "gSender can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer"
- Open System Preferences.
- Go to the Security & Privacy tab.
- Click on the lock and enter your password so you can make changes.
- Change the setting to ‘App Store and identified developers’
- After, you’ll see the option to override app blocking by clicking the temporary button to ‘Open Anyway’
- You’ll be asked one more time if you’re sure, but clicking Open will run the app
