Issue(s):
- There is continuity between the bit and touch plate, however during XY or XYZ probing, the bit crashes or moves in the wrong direction
Resolution:
- Make sure you have the correct touch plate type selected for the touch plate you own. Check by going into gSender's Config, then under the Probe heading, you will find the Touch plate type setting.
2. Check that the probe position is set correctly. On the main gSender screen there is a small box in the Probe section. Make sure the blue circle with the arrow is pointing to the corner you are probing on your machine. For most users, you will be probing at the bottom left corner of the machine, so adjust accordingly.
