Alignment Issue
If the x-axis is out of alignment front-to-back, you can do the following.
- Jog the machine to the front and power off the board. Stop a few inches before the bumpstops to make the following adjustment.
- Loosen the 8 screws on the x-rail to the y-gantry plates
- Loosen the 8 screws holding the bearing block
- Loosen the 16 screws holding the gantry plates to the linear guide blocks.
- Push the left and the right side towards the front till they hit the bump stops.
- Tighten the screws starting with the linear guide blocks, then the bearing blocks, then the x-rail.
