Issue:
- Machine won't move or jog
- The arrows are not greyed out.
It's likely the machine is missing the jogging preset settings. To verify settings are missing there are a couple of areas to look at.
Diagnostic Report
Open the diagnostic report and under preferences, if it states "undefined" it's missing the settings for jogging the machine.
General Settings .json file
Scroll or search "Jog". If there are no settings in the brackets, the information is missing.
gSender Screen
If you see the word NaN in the Jog control section or the Jogging Presets, the information is missing and the machine won't move. The jogging presets may be blank
Resolution:
Open the Preferences (gear icon) in gSender and Click the Reset to Default. The word NaN will now be replaced with numerical values. Please try jogging your machine again.
