Issue(s):
- LongMill does not power on despite being plugged into wall outlet
Resolution
- First, ensure that your LongMill’s power supply cable is connected to the wall and power brick correctly. If you have an E-stop, make sure it is released by twisting it counterclockwise and if you have a power switch, ensure it’s toggled on.
- Make sure your power supply brick is plugged into a 100V-130V AC outlet. If you do not have this AC voltage available in your area, you’ll need to use a transformer to step down to 110/120V.
- For the original LongBoard only - Check that the E-stop is plugged into the top of the LongBoard, and the power supply is plugged into the side of the LongBoard.
